To secure a property, please email us at
- Full names

- Email addresses
- Guarantor names
- Guarantor contact details (email and phone number)
- A recent photo and photo ID for every applicant
- Whether your group would like to opt in to the Unihomes bills inclusive package.

Once we have your information, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. If your group is successful, we ask for one lump sum of either holding fee/rent and deposit.
The payment should be made directly to our bank account via Goodlord our referencing company and the property will be taken off the market once we’ve received the deposits.
After your application is complete, we’ll send your tenancy agreement to sign electronically. Signing this contract commits you to and binds you to all terms within the agreement. Both tenants and guarantors will need to sign.
Please complete the application process within 15 days, unless we’ve agreed to an extension.
We’ll request your deposit, which will be registered with the Deposit Protection Service. Your holding deposit will be deducted from your first month’s rent, and the remaining balance must be paid before your contract begins.
Getting Your Keys
When your tenancy starts, you’ll be able to collect your keys from our office by appointment. Please remember to bring your photo ID—keys can’t be released without it. If you need someone else to collect your keys, just let us know in advance and confirm the arrangement in writing. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re always here to help. We look forward to welcoming you to your new home!
