Meet The Team

Andrew Managing Director

My career began in London’s media and advertising scene, where I had the opportunity to work on campaigns for brands like Energizer, BMW, Red Bull, and Coca Cola. After relocating to New Zealand, I continued to hone my skills on a wide range of projects before returning to Cornwall.

Back home, I helped set up Kernow Property Services and have since built a fabulous team known for both local expertise and industry know-how.

Outside of work, I’m always up for a challenge. In 2018, I joined The Atlantic Seamen to row across the Atlantic in the Talisker Whiskey Challenge. I’ve also cycled from London to Paris in just 24 hours and completed the journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats!

Kate Branch Manager

Since joining Kernow Property Services 10 years ago, I’ve brought more than three decades of property experience to my role, having worked in the industry since 1995. Every day, I enjoy meeting landlords, growing our portfolio, and offering honest advice and support they can count on. Building strong, lasting relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of my job, and I’m passionate about making sure every property we take on is looked after with care.

Alongside this, I oversee the day-to-day running of the office and love working with our fantastic team. I’m proud to encourage and motivate everyone, helping us grow together while making sure we continue to give our clients the friendly, personal service they deserve.

In my spare time, I love spending time at our caravan in St Agnes, getting out for walks with my dog, Teddy, and socialising with family and friends. I also enjoy organising team nights out – it's a great way to bring everyone together and have a bit of fun outside of work

Claire Assistant Manager

I’ve been part of the Kernow Property Services team since 2012, and as Assistant Manager I love helping landlords and tenants feel supported every step of the way. Working closely with Kate and the rest of the team, I help oversee the day-to-day running of the office, support the team, and make sure our landlords and tenants receive the high level of service they deserve. Keeping everything organised, communicating clearly, and solving problems quickly are all parts of the job that I genuinely enjoy.

I’m known for being friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Building genuine relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues is one of the best parts of my job, and I take pride in providing a personal service that people can rely on. Whether it’s offering advice, supporting the team, or helping resolve any issues that arise, I’m always happy to lend a hand.

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me at the gym or out for a run. I love spending quality time with my husband, our two grown-up children, and Buxton, our family dog. Whether we’re catching up with family and friends, exploring Cornwall’s stunning coastline, or planning our next adventure, I enjoy making the most of every moment together. I also have a real passion for travel and love discovering new places, experiencing different cultures, and seeing as much of the world as I can.

Katie Lettings Negotiator

I joined Kernow Property Services in 2021, eager to launch my career in lettings.

In my role as a Senior Lettings Negotiator, I take responsibility for supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process. This includes arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, matching suitable tenants to properties, and ensuring all move-ins run smoothly. I also support landlords by keeping them informed, advising on the rental process, and helping them achieve the best possible outcome for their properties.

Lettings is a field I’ve always been passionate about, and I now enjoy the opportunity to travel across Cornwall, meeting clients, carrying out viewings and inspections, and building strong, long-term relationships along the way.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring new coastal walks, searching for the best coffee spots, or squeezing in a session at the gym. I’m also a new mum, which keeps life busy, joyful, and full of new adventures.

Megan Lettings Negotiator

Over the time I have been here, I’m proud to bring my expertise to Kernow Property Services.

In my role as a Lettings Negotiator, I act as the link between landlords, tenants, and the wider team. Day to day, that means arranging and carrying out viewings, negotiating lets, and matching the right tenants to the right homes, as well as making sure everything is ready for a smooth move-in.

A big part of my role is also supporting landlords—helping them make informed decisions about their properties, keeping them updated throughout the letting process, and ensuring their investments are managed with care and attention. I work closely with them to keep things running smoothly, reduce void periods where possible, and make the whole experience as straightforward and stress-free as I can.

Over the time I have been here, I’ve also developed strong local knowledge and built trusted relationships with both landlords and tenants, which helps me deliver a more personal and effective service.

Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying a walk on the beach—usually ending the day with a well-earned pint. Enjoying time with friends and family and I also enjoy a music concert too.

Alisha Lettings Negotiator

I enjoy being a Lettings Negotiator supporting landlords and tenants through every stage of the rental process, from initial enquiry through to move-in. I take pride in matching the right people to the right homes and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.

My day-to-day responsibilities include arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, handling enquiries, and ensuring all necessary checks and paperwork are completed efficiently. I also work closely with landlords, providing regular updates, advising on market conditions, and helping them achieve the best possible return on their properties.

I enjoy building strong relationships with clients and take a proactive, friendly approach to communication, ensuring both landlords and tenants feel supported and informed throughout

Outside of work, I enjoy going to food festivals, spending time with friends, and attending live music events whenever I can. I also take pride in making my house a home, enjoying the process of decorating and creating a space that feels comfortable and personal.

Karen - Kaz Property Inspector

Since joining Kernow Property Services I thoroughly enjoy being part of a small supportive team. My role as a part time property inspector is very rewarding, allowing me to work independently while maintaining regular contact with colleagues, landlords, tenants, and contractors.

My primary responsibility is carrying out routine property inspections of a landlord’s property to ensure they are being well maintained and remain in good condition.

During each visit, I take time to meet with tenants, building positive relationships through friendly and professional communication. I believe creating trust and good rapport encourages open communication helps identify any concerns at an early stage.

Outside of work Kaz runs busy social diary! meeting friends and family, enjoying my caravan in Hayle and enjoying holidays.
