Kernow Property Services Business Update…
Caron Hucknall an experienced member of the team is responsible for the accounts and rental payments as well as many other aspects of the contractual process.
Abigail Cook is rarely to be found in the office as she deals with our new business and the majority of our property viewings. She is very organised and has a keen eye for attention to detail. She politely assesses the quality of prospective tenants, backed by Rentshield - the referencing company who require everything about the tenant and their movements for the previous three years.
Sadie White who recently joined the team this year and has proved to be good all round. She now mainly deals with all the students looking for properties and oversees all the maintenance on every property throughout the year.
Amy Lloyd is in charge of our advertising and website as well as registering suitable tenants. She is able to match people to properties and arrange the necessary appointments to ensure property is let as soon as possible to the correct tenants.

Sam Wilshaw
has had many years experience in both sales and lettings but decided recently to focus on lettings. Sam oversees all property inspections in both Truro and Perranporth, all new business for Perranporth and manages all the properties around the North Coast assuring they are being well maintained.
