Caron Hucknall an experienced member of the team is responsible for the accounts and rental payments as well as many other aspects of the contractual process.

 

 

Abigail Orchard joined the team and is in charge of the ever expanding student portfolio in Falmouth and Truro.  If you have a property to let or are considering buying one she will be very happy to assist you with the processes and the details of the specialist service we provide.                                                

 

 

Abigail Cook is rarely to be found in the office as she deals with our new business and the majority of our property viewings.  She is very organised and has a keen eye for attention to detail.  She politely assesses the quality of prospective tenants, backed by Rentshield - The referencing company who require everything about the tenant and their movements for the previous three years.

 

 

Amy Lloyd is in charge of our advertising and website as well as registering suitable tenants.  She is able to match people to properties and arrange the necessary appointments to ensure property is let as soon as possible to the correct tenants. 

 

 

Alison Dell arranges many aspects of the letting process, ranging from energy assessments (EPC), electrical certificates, routine maintenance and she also carries out property inspections, reporting back to landlords on property condition and any maintenance that may be required to maintain the standard of the property.

Yvonne Jones has worked in the industry for 17 years and is working alongside the Truro office to ensure property on the North Coast is well looked after and high quality tenants are sourced.  She will be very happy to discuss any property you may have or be acquiring in the area.
